What is it?
Mobile rewards take the form of mobile vouchers and coupons, which are offered to consumers to prompt desired behaviour, such as trying a new product or increasing response rates to a or . How does it work?
A mobile reward is sent to a mobile user as an SMS, an email or to an e-wallet. The reward is stored on the consumer’s phone and is redeemable as either a virtual reward on the mobile handset or as a retail reward redeemed at point of sale in a retail environment.
